The singer appeared in New York City on December 9 for a taping ofalongside Pete Davidson, and she debuted some new black streaks in her shaggy, platinum-blonde hair.
While other two-tone hair colors are often split down the middle , Cyrus's version is a lot more understated. Instead of dying half of her hair black, she opted to dye what appears to be just one layer of her hair, which is sandwiched between blonde hair on the top and bottom. It's less Cruella de Vil and more Avril Lavigne in 2005 — which can only be expected of Cyrus and, if you ask me, is a very good thing.
