The family of Clodagh Hawe are to meet the Minister for Justice Charlie Flanagan later this week
. Sinn Féin leader Mary Lou McDonald has called for the introduction of domestic homicide reviews in cases like that of Ms Hawe and her three sons, who were killed by her husband Alan in 2016. Speaking during Leaders Questions in the Dáil, Ms McDonald raised last night’s Claire Byrne Live programme, which featured an interview with Clodagh’s mother Mary Coll and sister Jacqueline Connolly.
