A master bedroom in 2000 Oceanbrand Minotti has debuted its first residential project in the United States, with the opening of new tower, 2000 Ocean. The 38-story glass tower situated in Hallandale Beach – north of South Florida’s Golden Beach – encompasses a bright, contemporary design and offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. New York-based developers KAR Properties, who are behind the project, have worked with Minotti on every aspect of the luxury boutique condominium.
Minotti has brought its distinctive brand of Italian elegance to inside and outside spaces, with designs and furnishings staying faithful to the natural themes which run throughout the interiors, architecture and landscape. Minotti draws on its expertise in combining tradition and innovation in designs that are created using modern technology and finished by their skilled artisans, balancing a sharp precision with personal craftsmanship. Their experience in working with stone, and commitment to intricate craft traditions, takes shape in their creations for 2000 Ocean, which embrace a juxtaposition ofand leathers.
The interiors make a chic foil for the building itself: situated directly on the beach, it is brilliantly bathed in light. Enrique Norten of TEN Arquitectos and Kobi Karp, responsible for the concept design, play on the coastal location in the building’s silhouette which makes a seamless outline against the landscape, with columnless corners offering unimpeded views.
