RTE stars Miriam O'Callaghan and Patrick Kielty are sharing a dressing room this autumn, with interesting results. O'Callaghan shared a photo on social media of a whiteboard left behind by Kielty featuring a quote from comedian Billy Connolly.
While Prime Time continued to air over the summer and bring us important stories, several of RTE ’s television shows have returned to the air this autumn.With RTE ’s studios back in full swing, two of their biggest stars are sharing a dressing room. Patrick is taking over the space for his Friday night shows, while Miriam uses the room for her Prime Time broadcasts on Tuesday and Thursday nights - she also presents her popular RTE Radio 1 show Sunday with Miriam, which airs from 10-11AM.
Miriam could be seen holding a small white board that read: “Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that who cares?... He’s a mile away and you’ve got his shoes! - Billy Connolly”. The Northern Irish comedian previously shared that one of his dream guests for The Late Late Show would be the retired Scot.
“You never think about legacy. That feels grandiose but I think every week, all I want to do is to make the show that people want to watch that week,” he recently told the Irish Mirror.
