Jasmine Gerhardt was crowned Miss Ireland in 2023
Miss Ireland Jasmine Gerhardt has said she is “deeply honoured” to travel to India as ambassador for the Hope Foundation.
During her visit, Jasmine will deliver talks about education and female empowerment to some of the girls under the care of the foundation, and encourage them to keep chasing their dreams, all topics which she says are very close to her heart.“I am deeply honoured to be appointed as an Ambassador for The Hope Foundation," said Ms Gerhardt.
Maureen Forrest, Founding President of The Hope Foundation, was delighted to welcome Jasmine, saying: “I extend the warmest of welcomes to Miss Ireland Jasmine Gerhardt as our new ambassador. “Your visit to Kolkata will not only be a transformative experience for you, but will also shine a light on the incredible work being done in our projects. Together, we can make a difference and spread hope to those who need it most."
