He told Judge O’Connor everyone had started laughing at him and he had gone to the toilet and had got sick. Later he had gone to St James’s Hospital where he had been detained overnight and then released into the care of his GP> Following a break for lunch Judge O’Connor was told there had been talks between the parties and Mr Bride was withdrawing his claim which could be struck out with no order for costs.
