Since moving to Brighton from Bray four years ago, Moran has struggled to get into the Seagulls’ first-team plans, featuring just three times for his parent club, forced into loan spells to get regular football. Moran explains: “Before I went out on loan, I was having conversations to make sure that going out on loan for the season was the right thing to do. They said I just needed to focus on getting as much experience as I could and to get little bits to work on, that I can improve on.
