“As housing market dynamics and preferences continue to evolve, many residents are looking for options that accommodate work-from-home solutions with robust technology infrastructure, coupled with nearby lifestyle and recreational amenities,” Mark McHenry, managing director of Hillwood Multifamily, said in a statement.
The five-story apartment community will include conference rooms, electric vehicle charging stations, a fitness center, a library that overlooks the resort-style pool and a bike storage room.
