*UPDATE* The boil water notice has been rescinded for River Bend Estates water system in Bandera County, Enchanted River Estates and Westwood Oaks. But it remains in effect for more than 1,500 water customers in Bexar, Kerr and Bandera counties.
The boil water notice for the River Bend Estates water system in Bandera County was rescinded. The notice affects all 184 customers of River Bend Estates Water System.
Oaks North Mobile Home Estates and Verde Park Estates are maintaining distribution pressure but pressure remains low at higher elevations. Samples will be collected when operations return to normal. Texas Water Utilities issued boil water notices for its customers in several subdivisions due to a loss of pressure in the water system. The notice will be in effect until test results indicate that water is safe for consumption.
At Oaks North Mobile Home Estates and Verde Park Estates, the pressure is still low so samples have not been collected. Children, seniors and people with weakened immune systems are especially susceptible to harmful bacteria and are urged to comply with the notice.
