FAIRBANKS, Alaska - Today, the Alaska State Troopers received a complaint regarding Loving Companions Animal Rescue Center on the Old Richardson Highway.
According to AST spokesperson Logan Stolpe, the Alaska State Troopers, the Alaska Wildlife Troopers, and Animal Control responded to the Loving Companions business today, Saturday, April 9.
