A MUM has appeared in court accused of cruelty towards her baby son before he was allegedly murdered by her teen partner.She is also accused of assault, ill-treatment, neglect or abandonment of a child or young person causing unnecessary suffering or injury.appear at Derby Crown Court on December 8 alongside her partner Carl Alesbrook, who is charged with murder.
