An angry mum has described living “like POWs in a Nazi camp” as planes continue using Dublin Airport ’s new north runway.
“Myself and my husband Jim are considering selling up which goes against Jim’s whole upbringing as the farm our house is on has been in his family for generations. Originally from Rathfarnham in South Dublin, Serena settled on her husband’s family’s farm near Newton Cross. She discovered in August 2022 that her home was directly under the principal flight path of the new runway.
She added: “You can no longer live a normal life, and it has certainly got to the stage whereby we think we will have to leave our home.
