Mum-of three stabbed to death at house in Clondalkin, Dublin, named locally as Cathy Ward
A tragic mum-of three stabbed to death at a house in Clondalkin, Dublin, has been named locally as Cathy Ward.It is believed that gardaí were called to the house at Greenfort Drive at around 12.30am.A doctor was called and the tragic mum was pronounced dead at the scene.The house has been sealed off for a technical examination.
A Garda spokesperson said: "Gardaí have arrested a man in his 50s following a fatal assault at Greenfort Drive, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 at 12.30am on 1st March 2019."A woman in her 40s was found with serious injuries believed to be stab wounds.
