Conor Murray leads a quartet of Munster stars set to return for a crucial Champions Cup clash against Saracens.

Conor Murray is among a quartet of Munster stars set to return for Saturday's vital Champions Cup clash with Saracens at Thomond Park. Murray has recovered from an elbow injury and, with Craig Casey sidelined for up to four months with a knee injury, the veteran scrum-half's comeback is a timely one for the Reds.

Peter O'Mahony (calf) is not confirmed to return but the province say that the talismanic back row is 'continuing to improve' and that his availability 'will be determined later in the week.' Also set to return are hooker Diarmuid Barron and back row Jack O'Donoghue after shoulder injuries and winger Diarmuid Kilgallen after a wrist injury. Former Connacht winger Kilgallen could finally make his competitive debut this weekend after a disrupted start at his new club that has seen his only action come in an 80 minute performance against an All Blacks XV in early November. Munster beat Stade Francais in their opening pool game in Limerick but had to be content with a losing bonus point at Castres - and they are targeting a victory at the weekend with a trip to Northampton Saints to come next week
