Ireland star Jack Crowley is not due to play until URC round three against Ospreys but Munster boss Graham Rowntree could lose Billy Burns for several weeks

Reds boss Graham Rowntree is waiting on the scan results for out-half Billy Burns' shoulder injury that he sustained in Saturday's thrilling 35-33 victory over Connacht at Thomond Park.

Munster are away to Zebre on Saturday and Burns' injury could leave the province relying on young no.10 Tony Butler, who nailed the winning conversion at the weekend, and Academy out-half Dylan Hicks - who has yet to play for Munster's senior team. “We’ll see what Monday brings," said Rowntree. "The majority are back in round three, but it depends on how skinny we are in certain positions.

Crowley is one of seven senior Munster players who are pencilled in to play in week three. Newly appointed captain Tadhg Beirne is another.
