THE SNP’s new chief executive Murray Foote has been tasked with getting the party’s rebuttal unit off the ground in the coming months.

We previously told how the First Minister said the unit – designed to tackle “disinformation and opposition attacks –Humza Yousaf previously said work was under way by the SNP’s digital team on the project and that he hoped it would be up and running by autumn., the FM said he had been doing a “fair bit of work” on the project during the summer months.He praised the “particularly good digital team” working out of the party’s headquarters in Edinburgh.
