Charity Pierce, the star of My 600lb Life, has lost an incredible amount of weight and looks completely unrecognisable

Charity was one of the heaviest people to star on the TLC show and broke viewers’ hearts when she claimed: “I would rather die than live this way.” Due to her weight, she needed assistance from friends and family to complete daily tasks. Charity underwent a second surgery to have extra skin removed, and doctors also removed a 20-pound tumour from her body. Her total weight loss after the show came in at 513 pounds, while her daughter Charly shed 95 pounds.
“The next step was to get my kidney removed as soon as possible before it had a chance to spread to other organs in my body. So on March 2 my kidney was removed.”Her daughter Charly updated fans later that year, confirming Charity is “doing great now” despite her “struggles”. She appears to have healed from the operation to remove her kidney and celebrated her 47th birthday on July 31, 2022.
