Johan A. Osorno, 35, faces charges including sexual assault, multiple counts of endangering the welfare of a child, criminal sexual contact and one count of attempted criminal sexual contact, according to the Union County Prosecutor's Office.
The investigation led detectives to two more alleged victims. An adult reported being molested while underage between 2018 and 2020, according to Union County Assistant Prosecutor Bryan Tiscia, who is prosecuting the case. The other victim was allegedly abused by Osorno as an adult, prosecutors said.
A judge ordered Osorno to be detained ahead of further court proceedings, the prosecutor’s office said. Defense attorney information was not immediately available. Authorities said the investigation was continuing and asked anyone with information to call Union County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit Detective Craig Famoso at 908-578-1036.
