Woman raped on trip to Galway says ‘everything I knew and loved was taken away from me, and his life remained so normal’
Blathnaid Raleigh who was raped by Johnny Moran of Mullingar in 2019, waived her right to anonymity and spoke to media following his sentencing.
Ms Raleigh said people now know exactly what “he was hiding during that time, when I was locked away, not doing anything, totally isolated in the aftermath, and that brings me great comfort”.Cathal Lombard’s Olympics story sounded too good to be true.
