The director has released a memoir
Oscar-winning director Neil Jordan has admitted he wouldn’t like to be an actor because he wouldn’t like the fame that comes with it.
The Crying Game hitmaker said he wouldn’t like the fame and attention that comes with being a mainstream star. He said: "You know I don’t think I’d like to be an actor really. I’d hate the fame that goes with it.
"Marriage is a huge commitment; we were young and just because parents would be upset that you’re sleeping together is an odd one."
