Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have just dropped the first official teaser for their upcoming Netflix documentary and it looks like they’re ready to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth
Almost three years after stepping down from royal duties Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are ready to speak their truth, today dropping the first look at their new tell-all documentary. Simply titledit comes as part of the couple’s multi-million dollar deal with the streaming giant – one which includes documentaries, docuseries, feature films, scripted shows and even children’s programming.
Details about their documentary have remained scant up until this point, however with the first teaser trailer now available, further information has also been released to the public. Here’s what we know so far.the documentary will be an “at-home with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex-style” programme, however, in a recent interview withMarkle hinted that it would focus more on their love story.
The just over-one-minute-long clip opens with a montage of intimate photos of the couple. An off-screen voice asks, “Why did you want to make this documentary?”. A few moments later, Harry answers. “No one sees what’s happening behind closed doors. I had to do everything I could to protect my family.” Cue more photos of the duo, before Meghan interjects with, “When the stakes are this high, doesn’t it make more sense to hear our story from us?”.
