New Netflix series with a perfect Rotten Tomatoes score hailed as the ‘best show’ in years
A new Netflix series has received a perfect 100 percent score on Rotten Tomatoes and has been hailed as the streaming giant’s “best original show” in years. Released on the platform on Thursday , BEEF follows the aftermath of a road rage incident between two strangers.
The 10-part series comes from the mind of South Korean writer Lee Sung Jin, who was recently tapped to enter the Marvel Cinematic Universe by penning the script for upcoming antihero blockbuster Thunderbolts. It is produced by independent studio A24, the company behind a host of acclaimed films including Lady Bird, Uncut Gems, The Lighthouse, The Whale and Everything Everywhere All at Once.It also produced hit teen drama Euphoria.
