The Queen has owned more than 30 corgis during her reign, most of which have been descendants of her first corgi, Susan, who was given to her on her 18th birthday in 1944
The Royal Family has unveiled a new emoji of a crown-wearing corgi called PJ that can be used ahead of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations next week.
The monarchy's official Twitter account revealed a cartoon image of the Queen's favourite dog breed this morning, alongside the message:"Meet PJ the corgi, our Jubilee emoji!" The corgi is seen wearing a crown of purple and platinum, which are the colours of the Jubilee and has his tongue sticking out.Twitter
