It will create around 30 jobs
People in Edwalton say new drive-thru Starbucks could be a good addition to the area, as plans are put in place near the junction of Landmere Lane and Melton Road in Edwalton. Near the new Starbucks site location there is an Aldi, McDonalds, Costa, Greggs and Notcutts garden centre.
The new coffee shop would likely create around 30 jobs, with a mix of full and part-time roles. It would operate between 7am and 10pm, seven days a week. The plan includes an office building and EV charging spaces for the drive-thru. There would be 27 car parking spaces, two disabled spaces, and 10 electric vehicle charger bays.
