The fourth instalment of the Jurassic Park franchise, Jurassic World , is gathering momentum. It was announced a few weeks ago that veteran character Vincent D’Onofrio - best known as Private Pyle from Full Metal Jacket - has been cast as the villain of Jurassic World . But wouldn’t the dinosaurs technically be the villains? Anyways. It’s just been announced that French actor Omar Sy , who will star in the upcoming summer blockbuster X-Men: Days Of Future Past, has been cast in the new film.
He’ll be joined alongside New Girl’s Jake Johnson. Their roles haven’t been discussed as yet, but we’re guessing they’ll be teaming up with Parks & Recreation / Lego Movie’s Chris Pratt to take on the dinosaurs. Jurassic World is directed by Colin Trevorrow, who previously made time-travelling indie-adventure Safety Not Guaranteed with Johnson and Chris Pratt’s on-screen girlfriend from Parks & Rec, Aubrey Plaza. Jeff Goldblum has still not received any call about the new film.
