A new report into Liam Payne's tragic death has revealed the former One Direction singer's blood alcohol level at the time of his fatal fall. The pop star, who was just 31, died in October after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Alcohol.org states that a blood alcohol concentration of 2.7 grams per litre can lead to serious symptoms such as confusion, disorientation, and a dazed feeling. A blood alcohol content of 0.3% or higher may result in alcohol poisoning, while a level of 0.4% could be lethal. Roger's attorney, Rafael Cuneo Libarona, expressed satisfaction with the reversal of the manslaughter charge, having contested prosecutors' allegations that his client, a businessman, was the 'Strip That Down' singer's representative and had neglected his duty of care. He stated: "We are happy to have reversed the decision by 360 degrees. We have always maintained that Rogelio Nores was not responsible for Liam Payne's death.
The judges concluded there wasn't sufficient evidence they exhibited "thoughtless, reckless, or merely negligent behaviour" in their actions leading up to his death.
