He explained that he was not around as much as he would have liked to be for the birth of his children due to his footballing career, but is now making up for it by advocating for better paternity leave.
The charity is pushing for the Government to offer better paternity leave to new fathers, citing the importance of bonding moments with their children and providing support to their partners during this critical time. The report highlights the need for a more comprehensive and supportive system for new fathers, including adequate payment and time off to care for their families
