The new retail store is set to open next month
A historic retail site in Belfast city centre is preparing to welcome a new tenant next month after undergoing a major transformation.
The listed building, which was once a Mothercare store, is set to welcome retail giant Ann Summers to its ground-floor retail space that has been revamped as part of the building's conversion to a luxury accommodation site.Banbridge-based construction company DCM Contracts, who were in charge of the project were "delighted" to take the lead on the transformation back in 2021, converting the upper floors into luxury apartments.
"It was a fantastic project to be the main contractor on, thanks as always to all the great subcontractors, suppliers and the design team."
