The bitter verbal exchange between Ireland's Johnny Sexton and All Blacks centre Rieko Ioane after the 2023 World Cup clash came to light in Sexton's new autobiography
Rieko Ioane insists that he has moved on from the controversy over his cutting remark to Johnny Sexton after last year's World Cup quarter-final.
Ioane, who will be at outside centre in the first meeting of the sides since that World Cup encounter, was asked about the incident by New Zealand radio station ZB. "They have skilled backs that love to play from anywhere," he stated. "Their forwards are just as skilled. Their strength is the ability to hold on to the ball for long phases.
