Previous companies house filings pointed to these new shares indicating that collectively the Newcastle United owners were putting a new / latest significant cash injection into the club.The above shows £57m has been put into the club collectively by the Newcastle United owners. The date it happened is shown as 10 February 2023 – the same as the JV1 share action.

Official confirmation is now imminent, with the Newcastle United owners putting a new huge cash injection into club.JV1 Ltd is the company controlled by the Reuben Brothers and Amanda Staveley ,which was used as the financial vehicle by them, to manage their stake in Newcastle United. Between them they own 20% with the Saudi Arabia PIF owning the other 80%.
