Newspaper headlines: Partygate probe and minister 'sacked for being Muslim'

The Observer says senior civil servant Sue Gray - who is investigating allegations of lockdown-breaking parties at Downing Street - has been given access to a log of staff movements in and out of the building from security data including swipe cards. The paper reports that Ms Gray is expected to publish a 25-page long report this week, following a "forensic" inquiry looking at who was in the building for social gatherings.

The Sunday Telegraph reports the UK has accused Russia of planning to install a puppet leader in Ukraine following an invasion. The paper says Boris Johnson has warned EU leaders against "naivety" over Vladimir Putin's demands. Foreign Secretary Liz Truss has released specially declassified intelligence naming the person suspected to be the Kremlin's preferred candidate to take over as leader of Ukraine.
