Despite his undoubted ability, Neymar has a lot of baggage and is very injury prone, especially when it comes to his ankles, making him a pretty undesirable player to have.They do realise the sale of Neymar will be quite difficult to negotiate given his wage demands, and the fact they will probably want an extortionate transfer fee given the player is under contract until 2025, with the option for a further year.
Speaking to Genting Casino, Petit says the PSG star could come in and be used as a “rotation” player under Mikel Arteta. “I think he will enjoy the technical football and the style of Arsenal. He would love to play with younger players as he is quite mature himself.
