A 13-year-old girl from North Belfast is already gearing up to deliver a record-breaking 2,000 Easter eggs to sick kids across Northern Ireland this April

We might be only a few days into January and still getting over Christmas but that hasn't stopped one Belfast schoolgirl from looking ahead of the next big family event, Easter 2023.

Back in 2016, Jasmine was concerned that children in hospital over the Easter period would not get a visit from the Easter bunny so she decided to brighten up their days. With her Easter egg collection complete for another year, Jasmine still had plenty to look forward to last year. But as soon as Christmas 2022 was over, Jasmine, a pupil at Belfast Model School for Girls, was back with her Easter collection in the hope of making more children smile.
