Football legend Niall Quinn has revealed he was "locked up in a hotel for five weeks" during the Italia ’90 mayhem.

He told Ryan that "the hairs are going up my arms now thinking about it" and explained how much it meant to him.Niall even said that he gets people saying to him "you lot started all the madness!" and "we lost the run of ourselves" about the Celtic Tiger, though he said that "it’s been in jest."He explained to Ryan that his decision to go back to school came because "my daughter Aisling pushed me and made me sign the forms.
Niall said he chose the politician Oscar Traynor because "he was a great soccer man long before he was a great rebel."
