Nick Cannon’s Youngest Child, 5-Month-Old Son Zen, Has Died Due to Brain Tumor Complications

“He had a nice-sized head. I call it a Cannon head,” he continued, noting that all of his seven kids have big heads. “We didn’t think anything of it—he had a normal Cannon head. But I wanted to take him to the doctor to get the breathing and the sinus thing checked out. So, we thought it would be a routine process.”and a buildup of fluid growing inside of his head. “Immediately, we had to have brain surgery. We put a shunt in his head and we were hoping for the best,” the host recalled.
