BREAKING -- No time like primetime: Former President Trump sets 9 PM EST time for his Tuesday 'special announcement' at Mar-a-Lago
Former President Donald Trump will deliver his "special announcement" on Tuesday at 9 p.m. EST, according to a new advisory.
He will be speaking from his Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach, Florida, and the press are invited to register for credentials. It was already known Trump would make some sort of big announcement one week after the midterm elections, as he declared his intention to do so at a rally in Ohio on Monday. There are broad expectations that Trump will formally announce a 2024 presidential campaign, and he is ramping up attacks on Gov. Ron DeSantis , who is widely considered a top contender for the GOP nomination if he throws his hat into the ring. Then again, Trump could announce something completely different. Regardless, the event is sure to receive heavy coverage.
