Steven Davis was enjoying a pint of Guinness in an Irish bar in Rome last week when Celtic Symphony was played
Footage has surfaced of Northern Ireland's captain Steven Davis being trolled in an Italian bar, just a matter of days before he became Rangers' caretaker manager.
Quite a number of patrons then burst into song and can be heard singing at the footballer, however, as the crowd shouts and dances - the Antrim native can be seen rolling his eyes before he calmly stares down the camera, the Daily Record reports. Only a few days after the moment with fans, Davis was back in Scotland to take charge of Rangers. Davis said he was surprised to land the interim role after Michael Beale was sacked on Sunday night after losing 3-1 to Aberdeen at Ibrox.
