A series of high-level risks are threatening the delivery of the BusConnects programme, including planning delays, legal challenges, delays to electric charging points, inflation and driver recruitment problems
, according to documents seen by the Business Post.
It comes after Eamon Ryan, the Minister for Transport, said last month that the delivery of BusConnects to date had been “painfully slow” due to wider issues with the planning system.
