.BarackObama and Trump endorsements count far more than President Joe Biden’s Analysis by SecretsBedard:

In the last Rasmussen Reports survey released before today’s elections, just 28% said that an endorsement from Biden would make voters “more likely” to choose his favored candidate. Even among Democrats, it was just 51%.Bad for Biden: 46% of likely voters said they would be “less likely” to choose the candidate he endorsed.

Obama had the best touch, with 38% “more likely” to back the candidate he endorsed. For Trump-backed candidates, it was 35% in the survey shared with Secrets. Still, showing that voters like to pick their own candidates, 40% said that they would be less likely to choose a candidate backed by either Trump or Obama.“Biden’s unpopularity is apparent across many categories. Biden’s endorsement would only make 51% of Democrats more likely to vote for a candidate, compared to 66% of Democrats who would be more likely to vote for an Obama-endorsed candidate.

Trump has highlighted his endorsements during the primaries and has a remarkable win record. Some of his picks appeared weak going into the general election, but as Biden’s popularity has failed, Trump’s candidates have surged.
