The fight happened Christmas Eve. The two arrested individuals – a 19-year-old Euclid man and a 15-year-old Cleveland boy – were charged with assault and criminal damaging.

A theft suspect who fled police at Beachwood Place mall was identified when police, by obtaining the car's license plate, learned that he was driving his mother's auto.At 12:40 p.m. Dec. 24, police were called to break up a fight involving 8-10 males in Saks Fifth Avenue. Most of the combatants stopped fighting when told to do so, but two did not.

The suspect who was driving, a Warrensville Heights man, 18, is wanted for felony fleeing and eluding and, if evidence can be found, a theft charge. The other male will not be charged.At 5 p.m. Dec. 24, police arrested two men for fighting inside Beachwood Place. As police attempted to stop the fight, an officer was struck. Arrested were a Euclid man, 22, and a South Euclid man, 24.

A 20-year-old female who was with the younger man told officers that the older man attacked the younger man because the two have a past history of ill will. Police charged the older man with felonious assault, while the Euclid man was charged with felonious assault of a police officer. Both were also cited for trespassing.At 3:45 p.m. Dec. 24, a Cleveland Heights woman, 45, reported that she was threatened by an employee of a Beachwood Place store, a Cleveland woman, 19.

The customer told police she was overcharged by $10 for an item and asked for a refund. The employee would not give back the money and an argument started during which the customer was allegedly threatened. At one point, the employee threw to the floor the customer’s money.At 9:10 p.m. Dec. 26, a Beachwood man, 52, reported that his Volkswagen was stolen from his home’s garage. The man used GPS to track the car. Police recovered the vehicle, unoccupied, in Warrensville Heights.
