"We should start seeing the offshore winds develop late this afternoon and evening," said Cindy Palmer, a forecaster with the weather service."We could see gusts of 30 to 40 mph in the North Bay hills, some of the favorable spots may gust higher than that. We’re going offshore, but it’s not one of our bigger wind events."
