Police have arrested a worker at a Kroger store after he reportedly chased down and shot another man in the parking lot following an argument inside the store.

According to WLWT, Howze began chasing the victim through the parking lot, firing at least four shots. The victim was struck in the back. Howze reportedly drove off after the shooting but was identified as a suspect by store management and other witnesses, WXIX reports. “We are saddened to learn that an incident occurred at our Hyde Park store involving the discharge of a firearm and one of our associates,” a Kroger spokesperson said in a statement to WLWT. “We are cooperating with the Cincinnati Police Department in their investigation.”
