No. 24 Ohio State will play at Maryland on Sunday without third-year center Zed Key, who will miss the game with a shoulder injury.

. Key has started all 14 games this season. Ohio State has utilized a starting lineup of Bruce Thornton, Sean McNeil, Brice Sensabaugh, Justice Sueing and Key for the last six games. For the season, that lineup has logged 76:39 of playing time, scoring 162 points and allowing 126 . That same lineup with Okpara in place of Key has been on the court together for 21:26, scoring 45 points and allowing 33 . Roughly half of that came against the Boilermakers, when that lineup played together for 10:46, scoring 27 points and allowing 22.

It’s not immediately clear how long Key will be out. Okpara, the only other true center on the roster, is averaging 4.0 points and 3.9 rebounds in 13.8 minutes per game.
