Nalah Jackson, 24, could face 20 years to life in prison if she’s found guilty, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio.

Kyair was found in a car seat in the parking lot of Dayton International Airport the morning of Dec. 20. Jackson reportedly was recorded on surveillance video at a gas station in Huber Heights, a suburb of Dayton, shortly before Kyair was found.
