Hoping for a knockout result at the 2024 Paris Olympics is British boxer Delicious Orie, whose notably been dubbed 'the next Anthony Joshua'. The 27 year old stands at 6ft 6in with an impressive reach and a powerful right hand.
As he takes to the ring, let's take a closer look at the boxing star's life, including his girlfriend, 'painful' hobby and unusual love... Standing at over 6ft, Delicious went on to reveal that he's gone horseriding but said it can be rather uncomfortable. He shared: "It was quite a painful experience. The horses are quite big but I make them look like donkeys. My legs are almost on the ground! Maybe I will just have to get an even bigger horse, but I think I might be a bit too big for the old eventing. I’ll probably stick to boxing.
Delicious' journey to England with his family from Russia was driven by a desire to escape racial discrimination. Born to a Nigerian father and Russian mother, the boxer found refuge in England when he was just seven, reports the Mirror.
