Omniplex has said it is already 'planning the fit-out' for a new cinema in Drogheda after buying the Scotch Hall shopping centre.
The Scotch Hall Shopping Centre in Drogheda has been sold to Omniplex Holdings ULC, the family run company run by director Paul Anderson, which owns the Omniplex cinema chain. The centre had been guiding €21 million.
The transaction, finalised before Christmas, will see the 23,658 square metre development, including a 629-space multi-storey car park, added to the extensive Omniplex property portfolio.
