Lowest rate of drivers with penalty points was Donegal at 12.9%, CSO figures show

Figures from the Central Statistics Office show that just over one in six Irish drivers had penalty points issued in 2017.Wexford was followed at the top of the table by Galway at 20.5% and Kildare at 20.4%.

Meanwhile, the latest figures show that only 58% of households in Leitrim had broadband access in 2016 compared to 86% in Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown.On health matters, Longford had the highest fertility rate in the country at 2.25, well above the national average of 1.81.
