OnePlus phones are becoming increasingly popular in Ireland
Smartphone manufacturers OnePlus have warned customers that their personal information may have been accessed by hackers.
The information accessed in the breach includes names, contact numbers, email and shipping address but the company said payment information, passwords and accounts were not affected.While it did not go into any more detail on the breach, OnePlus said that is has “inspected our website thoroughly to ensure that there are no similar security flaws," which suggests the breach came from the OnePlus website or store rather than through one of their devices.
