Although it will force your brain to think outside the box, by challenging yourself to solve the problem you will be improving your mind's ability to focus on a task, as well as your memory and overall cognitive ability.

The problem is that it has left people stumped, with most people not being able to decide between two different answers. So can you work it out? Now, at first glance, one might attempt to solve the problem in the sequence that it’s in. This would equate to: three multiplied by three equals nine. Nine minus three equals six, six divided by three equals two, add three and the final answer would be five.
