Legendary TV presenter Oprah Winfrey has shared that her father Vernon has died aged 88 😔
Vernon had been battling cancer prior to his death, and passed away yesterday, Friday 8 July – as per heartbroken daughter Oprah, 68.
She penned to the TV veteran: “Im sorry for your loss [praying hands emoji] Sending love and prayers to you and your family”. At the celebration that Oprah branded as “Vernon Winfrey appreciation day”, the 68 year old hosted friends and family at her home where she held a barbeque. In the interview, the trio discussed an array of topics – including how members of the Royal Family allegedly expressed concerns about how dark the colour of Archie’s skin would be.
